Our Basic Platter begins with a base of either traditional chips or deep-fried sweet potato. These aren’t your average chips or sweet potatoes. They are hand-selected from local farms, ensuring the freshest and most flavourful produce. Each chip or sweet potato slice is then deep-fried to perfection, achieving that ideal balance of a crispy exterior and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth interior.

But the journey doesn’t end there. Each platter comes with a dipping sauce of your choice – Sweet Chili, Honey Mustard, or Peri-Mayo. These sauces are crafted in-house, using secret recipes passed down through generations. Each sauce is a symphony of flavours, designed to complement and enhance the taste of our chips or sweet potatoes.

And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can add extra toppings to complete your platter. Each topping is carefully chosen to add a unique twist to your meal, making it truly your own.
